Wufoo nails you with overage charges per form entry if you go over your number of submissions. 5 cents per submission over! FormSpring.com doesn’t have any overage charges. Also, they have multi-page forms and conditional logic.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your message, I’ve taken a look at FormSpring and whilst it looks like a great service in some areas it’s more costly to use than Wufoo. As the scale of monthly fees goes up WuFoo gives you more for what you pay which makes it a better proposition for me.

However in terms of ease of use I can’t say at this stage which is better but my own personal preference is still with WuFoo.
